I present here the Famine Message of 1974 in its entity, together with my record of the events leading-up to and pertinent events occurring some years after receiving the Message from Lord. The full text of the Message is given in part 3 of this section.

Portions of the four parts of the section (including the full text of  the Message and some of my notes) were previously published the Ministry’s various newsletters and reports, over the years, as well as in the now out-of-print book, The Staff and The Sword (The Staff and The Sword Ministry, 1976).

My notes and record that surround the Famine Message are presented in chronological order. My original 1974 explanation and admonition appears as part of the full text of the Message. Here (as in other written reports, etc.) I will always present the Lord’s Word in BOLD CAPITAL LETTERS to distinguish His Word from my own comments. My notes are recorded exactly as I wrote them.
